beautiful Lake Wakatipu, with vast windows throughout the dining
room framing the extraordinary sight of the lake.
But once you do, you'll find the Wakatipu Grill reflects the
best of New Zealand on a grand scale and is the perfect place for
lunch with friends, a dinner for two or with a group of your
favourite guests, a casual Brunch during the weekends or a glass of
wine in the Pinot Pit overlooking the Lake.
Expertly helmed by renowned Chef Peter Thornley, the cuisine is
inspiring, with provocative takes on New Zealand flavours.
The open kitchen, along with two circular slate fireplaces, lends
even more drama to this magnificent and sensuous space.
On the expansive outdoor terrace with seating for 40 guests, the
elements combine to spectacular effect: the lake's indigo depths,
the clear air, rich earthy tones and a decadent outdoor fire pit
surrounded by a comfortable circular leather sofa.
Opening hours: 7 days a week, 6am-11pm for
Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner.
